If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of building supplies, joinery products, or construction chemicals, we offer straightforward returns and exchanges.
Returns & Exchanges Process
- Initiate Your Return/Exchange:
Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and details about the product you wish to return or exchange.
- Receive Return Authorization:
We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Package Your Items Securely:
Pack the items in their original packaging with all included materials (manuals, hardware, etc.). For fragile items like door frames or architrave mouldings, use adequate protective materials.
- Ship Your Return:
Ship the package to our Liverpool warehouse using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Inspection & Processing:
Once received, our quality team will inspect the returned building materials or construction products. Processing typically takes 3-5 business days.

Refund Timeline & Methods
Once your return is approved:
- Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain construction products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Construction Chemicals: Once opened, these products cannot be resold for safety reasons
- Custom-cut Materials: Items like bespoke door linings or casings cut to specific measurements
- Damaged Packaging: Products where original packaging is essential for resale (e.g., cement & lime products)
Special Considerations for Building Materials
For bulky items like fencing materials or decking products, please contact us before shipping returns. We may arrange for direct pickup in some cases.
When returning damp proofing supplies or building chemicals, ensure they are properly sealed to prevent leaks during transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged building materials or the wrong construction products:
- Document the issue with photos showing the damage or incorrect item
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
